Good comfort and good for long drive,mileage in mumbai traffic 9-11 kmpl on highways 17-18 kmpl, power is ok, headlight power not so good, highway stability is very good, good performance in hill area's, front led is nice, spacious car, service center also good etc

After 1 year, engine malfunctioning, DPF assembly at fault. Pathetic service. (I am making visit after visit to fix the DPF issue, Kia itself not able to fix, they are only learning using my car) Worst exterior quality. My suggestion is NEVER BUY.

Whatever It Takes to Conquer Every Terrain Things you like: 1) Spacious Interior - Tata offered a best in segment space whether it's leg space in second or third row or height in third row. You get plenty of room in the car after all seats are occupied. The SUV is very comfortable to drive in any terrain thanks to adjustable seats. 2) Powerful Engine: The Diesel engine for XT is Varicor 400 which produces 156 PS @ 4000 rpm power and torque of 400 nm @ 1750-2500. The engine is reliable and tested with Safari storm. Engine is smooth and firing of the car sounds good. 3) Packaged Safety: You get all safety features 6 airbags, traction control, ABS with EBD, ESP, cruise control, reverse sensors with camera, hill hold and hill descent control * 4) Great Design - The SUV stands out with it's competitors. In terms of design it's too ahead than others. With impact design tata has entered into new segment with a real confidence. Design is catchy but classy. Not overdone with descent amount of chrome inserts. Not too much. 19 inch alloy* and DRLs* add us the styling. switch your mood with different colored lights - looks good! 5) Build Quality - Build quality is nice especially interiors are so nicely built that they give more premium feel. Tata really worked on the interiors and we could experience the results. The seats are very comfortable. Dashboard is simple and clean. Equipped with Harman Infotainment system. 6) Music: 10 point JBL music system is just awesome. 7) Sunblind on second row are really helpful. 7) Economical: 12 kmph in city and 15 kmph on highway with AC for 2.2. liter engine on 2T body are good numbers. 8) Driving Modes - Choose your driving style and the engine configures what you really want! What you wont like: 1) A bit heavy steering 2) Keyless - Not yet 3) Boot space is too less if all seats are occupied. 4) To use GPS, you need to connect your smartphone. 5) Tata sales and service experience.

Having owned the top model petrol DCT car and driven it for a few months, I must say it's a delightful family vehicle. It offers great mileage, comfort, ease of access, and an enjoyable driving experience. Even parents around 60 find it comfortable to drive. With all three rows being comfortable and ample headspace, it's a winner. However, adding 17-inch or 18-inch wheels to the top models would enhance it further. Kia's services are excellent, but they should focus on developing 5-star safety models, as currently, they only offer 3 or 3.5-star safety ratings.

Kia doesn't have any escalation matrix mechanism? When you purchase a new car RSA will be provided by Kia itself but if you raise a request you don't get the service even after the weeks have passed Maruti is far better in terms of service support. But the car is overall good but support is the worst. Avoid Buying Kia vehicles.

We bought our new car on 30th July 2023 it was a nightmare when we traveled just one hour away resort and our car stopped running in the middle of the road and the service was worse, nobody came to pick up the car the whole night and the next day road service people came then the company said oil tank is broken and they repaired again now our stopped and it showed that engine is overheated and the car stopped in the middle of the road, again road service came next day buying 2nd top model for more than 21 lakhs and such a worst experience with service and performance. The company is not responding properly we are requesting to replace the car lost faith in this car completely. But these people are giving lame excuses and giving replies it was a manufacturing defect. Worst experience. I would never recommend anyone to buy this car.
