Mahindra has teased the interior of the XEV 9e electric SUV-coupe. The teaser showcases the tri-screen setup and illuminated screen inside.

When will the XEV 9e be launched and what is its expected price?

The coupe version of the XUV.e8 concept (which is the electric iteration of the Mahindra XUV700) will be unveiled on November 26, 2024. It is expected to be launched by April 2025 with prices starting from Rs 38 lakh (ex-showroom).

What features is the Mahindra XEV 9e expected to get?

The XEV 9e is likely to have three integrated displays (digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen, and a passenger-side display), multi-zone automatic AC, ventilated and powered front seats, a wireless phone charger, and a premium sound system.

What seating options will be offered with the XEV 9e?

The Mahindra XEV 9e will be offered in a 5-seater layout.

What powertrain options can the XEV 9e have?

Although the exact electric powertrain details are yet to be revealed, it’s already known that the Mahindra XEV 9e will be built on the INGLO platform, which can accommodate batteries ranging from 60 kWh to 80 kWh, offering a claimed range of up to 500 km.

This platform can be adapted for both rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) setups. As per Mahindra, it can also support past charging capabilities of up to 175 kW, with a 0-80 percent charging time of just 30 minutes.

How safe will the XEV 9e be?

The INGLO platform, Mahindra claims, has been built keeping a 5-star Global NCAP crash rating in mind. However, we will have to wait for the XEV 9e’s crash test to come to a conclusion.

In terms of safety, it is likely to have six airbags (as standard), an electronic stability program (ESP) and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). We expect it to get advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) tech such as lane-keep assist, forward-collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.

The Mahindra XEV 9e will rival the upcoming Tata Harrier EV and Tata Safari EV.

In terms of looks the car looks killer. Although it would be a huge improvement for mahindra if they can give convertible roof in this one. Because I would love to see that on this car it has that vibe.

Firstly I want to The cars design is very nice including its aerodynamics and colours.its performance is very satisfying like battery capacity,power,pick up it has both rear wheel drive.inner front look also nice containing triple screen setup .
