What is the latest update on the MG Cyberster?
The MG Cyberster EV has been unveiled in India at Auto Expo 2025. It will be sold through the carmaker’s more premium ‘MG Select’ dealerships and pre-bookings are now open.
What features does the MG Cyberster get?
The MG Cyberster comes with a tri-screen setup on the dashboard (with two 7-inch and one 10.25-inch display) and a touch-enabled screen for AC controls. It also gets an electrically openable and foldable soft roof, 6-way electrically-adjustable heated seats with memory function and an 8-speaker Bose audio system.
What battery pack and electric motor options are available with the MG Cyberster?
The India-spec Cyberster EV has two electric motors mounted on each axle, both of which produce a combined output of 510 PS and 725 Nm. It will come paired with a 77 kWh battery pack that has a WLTP-rated range of more than 443 km. The internationally-available Cyberster also comes with a rear-axle-mounted motor that produces 340 PS and 475 Nm.
What safety features is the MG Cyberster equipped with?
In terms of safety, the India-spec Cyberster gets 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC) and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It can also have advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features like lane-keep assist and active emergency braking.
