Chevrolet Enjoy is one of the most spacious multi purpose vehicles in its segment and is doing impressive business for the company. Now it is introduced in the market with a few updated features like chrome garnished license plate, B-pillar styling strip and some interior aspects. The Chevrolet Enjoy 1.4 LS 8 is the entry level trim. It is being offered with a 1.4-litre petrol engine with a displacement capacity of 1399cc. It is mated with five speed manual transmission gear box. This engine has the ability to churn out a maximum power of 98.8hp in combination with 131Nm, which is rather good for this class. It has an efficient braking and suspension mechanism. This MPV has a spacious internal cabin with well cushioned seats that provide ample leg space for all occupants. These seats are integrated with head restraints and covered with premium fabric upholstery. It has a driver oriented cockpit featuring an intuitive instrument and switch layout. The dual tone dashboard completes the overall look. This vehicle has a safe cage body structure with impact beams that reduces the impact of collision and give maximum safety to the occupants in case of any collision. In addition to these, it also has seat belts for all passengers, high mounted stop lamp, advanced engine immobilizer with anti theft alarm, seat belt pretensioner and so on.

Exteriors:

For attracting the buyers, the company has designed this MPV with utmost care and gives it an attractive look. To begin with the frontage, it is designed with a high gloss based black perforated radiator grille, which is embossed with a prominent company insignia in the center. This grille is surrounded with a well designed headlight cluster that is incorporated with bright halogen lamps and side turn indicator. The three character lines on the bonnet creates a dynamic look. Its body colored bumper is fitted with a wide air dam that helps in cooling the engine. The large windscreen is made of green tinted glass and is integrated with a set of intermittent wipers. Coming to its side profile, it is designed with flared up wheel arches that have been fitted with a sturdy set of steel wheels. Its outside rear view mirrors and door handles are painted in body color. While B-pillar comes in black color that enhances the look of its sides. Its rear end has a curvy boot lid, which has a thick black strip and embossed with variant badging. The body colored bumper is fitted with a pair of reflectors. The large windscreen is integrated with a high mounted stop lamp. The luminous tail light cluster is incorporated with reverse light and turn indicator.

Interiors:

The roomy internal cabin comes in dual tone color scheme. Its smooth dashboard is fitted with a few features like a large glove box, an illuminated instrument panel, a three spoke steering wheel and AC vents. It is incorporated with ergonomically designed seats that provide ample leg room for all passengers. These seats are integrated with adjustable head restraints and covered with premium fabric upholstery. The advanced supervision cluster houses a speedometer, door ajar warning, digital tachometer, seat belt warning notification, electronic tripmeter and low fuel warning light. It is equipped with a lot of utility based aspects like bottle holder in door panels, a glove box for keeping a few things at hand, front seat back pockets, rear center arm rest with cup holders, high mounted stop lamp and several other aspects for convenient of its occupants. The rear seat comes with foldable function, which helps in increasing its boot space. Apart from these, it also has all four power windows with driver side auto down function, sunglass holder, height adjustable driver seat, body colored inside door handles and rear parcel shelf for easy access. 

Engine and Performance:

This entry level variant is fitted with a 1.4-litre petrol engine, which comes with a displacement capacity of 1399cc. This engine carries four cylinders and sixteen valves using a double overhead camshaft based valve configuration. It can churn out a maximum power of 98.8bhp at 6000rpm along with a peak torque output of 131Nm at just 4400rpm. This power plant is coupled with a five speed manual transmission gear box, which sends the engine power to its front wheels. It enables the vehicle to achieve a top speed in the range of 170 to 175 Kmph. At the same time, it can cross the speed barrier of 100 Kmph in close to 14.8 seconds from a standstill. With the help of a multi point fuel injection supply system, it gives out around 13.7 Kmpl under standard driving conditions. While it can generate about 9.5 Kmpl of fuel economy within the city limits. 

Braking and Handling:

This vehicle has a proficient braking and suspension mechanism, which makes it stable on any road conditions. Its front axle is assembled with a McPherson strut, while rear one gets torsion beam type of mechanism. Both these axles are further assisted by passive twin tube gas filled shock absorbers. On the other hand, its front wheels are fitted with a set of disc brakes, while the rear ones are equipped with a set of conventional drum brakes. It has a responsive power steering system, which makes it easy to handle even in heavy traffic conditions. It supports a minimum turning radius of 4.5 meters.  

Comfort Features:

This variant has quite a few standard features like day and night inside rear view mirror, all four power windows with driver side auto down function, remote fuel lid opener and a 12V power socket for charging mobiles and other electronic devices. It also has an efficient air conditioning unit that cools the entire cabin quickly and it has a heater as well. The vehicle has a spacious boot compartment of 190 litres, which can be increased up to 630 litres by folding its rear seat. For planning a long drive, it also has a large fuel tank that can store about 50 litres of petrol in it. 

Safety and Security:

The list of protective aspects available in this variant includes a high mounted stop lamp, seat belt for all passengers, central locking system and so on. It has a safe cage body structure with door impact beams that ensures maximum safety to the occupants sitting inside in case of any accidents. It also has an advanced engine immobilizer from preventing the vehicle from theft and unauthorized entry.
