Fiesta Classic 1.6 Duratec Titanium Review
Ford India has a lot of impressive cars in their stable, out of which, Ford Classic is a stylish sedan series. The company is selling this trim in both petrol and diesel engine options for the buyers to choose from. Among the trims available, this Ford Classic 1.6 Duratec Titanium is the top end variant. It is equipped with a 1.6-litre, in-line petrol engine, which comes with a displacement capacity of 1596cc. It has the ability to churn out a maximum power output of 99.6bhp in combination with 146Nm of peak torque output. This petrol mill in incorporated with a SEFI (sequential electronic fuel injection) supply system, which helps in producing 14.6 Kmpl on the highways. At the same time, in city traffic conditions it allows the sedan to generate 10.4 Kmpl. The braking and suspension mechanism of this variant is quite efficient. It is incorporated with sequential electric fuel injection supply system, which allows the sedan to produce a healthy mileage. It can return 14.6 Kmpl on the highways and about 10.4 Kmpl in the city. The company has paired this engine with a five speed manual transmission gear box, which sends the power to its front wheels. The top speed of this sedan is approximately 170 Kmph, while it can accelerate from 0-100 Kmph in close to 11.43 seconds.
Braking and Handling:
The front axle is equipped with an independent McPherson strut with offset coil spring, whereas the rear axle is assembled with semi-independent heavy duty twist beam, which is assisted by twin tube dampers.
