Hyundai Xcent is a compact sedan, which is available in several options to select from. Out of these, Hyundai Xcent 1.2 Kappa SX is one of its mid range petrol trim. Its external look is quite striking, while the remarkable aspects further enhances its overall appearance. At front, it has a chrome treated radiator grille and sweptback headlamps, while there are a set of 14 inch alloy wheels in its side profile. Meanwhile, its rear end features a roof mounted antenna, and a windshield with high mount stop lamp equipped to it. Coming to its interiors, it is packed with several aspects like chrome plated gear knob, tachometer, steering wheel mounted with audio controls, and a few storage spaces. The company has also offered an advanced music system, air conditioner with heater, multi information display, power operated windows and a few other aspects for the comfort of its passengers. It has an aerodynamic body structure that is quite attractive. This vehicle comes with an aggressive frontage, neatly designed side and rear profiles. It is coupled with a five speed manual transmission gearbox that helps it in attaining a top speed of around 145 to 155 Kmph. And, it takes nearly 16 seconds for crossing the speed barrier of 100 Kmph from a scratch. This dual VTVT motor can produce a peak power output of 81.86bhp at 6000rpm along with torque generation of 113.75Nm at 4000rpm. Besides these, it is incorporated with a multi point fuel injection system, which helps in delivering a maximum fuel economy of 19.1 Kmpl approximately.

Braking and Handling:

Its front axle is assembled with a McPherson strut, while the rear one gets a coupled torsion beam axle. Both these are further accompanied by gas filled shock absorbers that helps in making the drive smooth. On the other hand, its front wheels are fitted with disc brakes, whereas the rear ones are equipped with drum brakes. Handling this vehicle is best ensured by the motor driven electric power steering system. It is quite responsive, tilt adjustable and ensures easy maneuverability on any road condition.
