MSIL has officially introduced the limited edition version of its MPV model, Ertiga in the automobile market. It is available in petrol, diesel and CNG variants for the buyers to choose from. The Maruti Ertiga VDI Limited Edition is the diesel trim that is powered by a 1.3-litre DDiS power plant. It is capable of producing a maximum power of 88.8bhp that results in 200Nm of peak torque. This trim has been bestowed with exclusive set of features in terms of both inside and out. To begin with exteriors, it comes with stylish body graphics, a rear spoiler and chrome radiator grille. Its insides have been decorated with wood inserts on door panels and around instrument panel. Additionally, this trim comes with a proficient music system and rear parking sensors. This MPV is now available with a new Pearl Blue Blaze paint option, silky silver and superior white metallic finish as well. On the other hand, this seven seater vehicle comes with a standard warranty period of 2-years or 40,000 kilometres (whichever comes first). Also, the customers can extend the warranty period for another 3 years or 60,000 kilometres at an additional cost. At present, this utility vehicle competes with the likes of Chevrolet Enjoy, Toyota Innova and others in its segment.

This limited edition trim has a decent body structure and is neatly decorated with trendy features. To begin with its front profile, it has radiant headlight cluster that comes equipped with powerful halogen lamps and turn indicators. Its radiator grille is now treated with chrome, which gives a magnificent look to the front. The bumper is in body color and is designed with a large air dam along with a pair of fog lamps. Its side profile is decorated with stylish body graphics while the door handles gets a chrome treatment. Its B and C pillars are in black while the external wing mirrors are in body color. Its wheel arches are skilfully paired with a set of 15-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels. These rims are covered with 185/65 R15 sized high performance tubeless radial tyres. Its rear profile looks quite trendy, thanks to the stylish decals and chrome inserts. Surrounding this is the radiant taillight cluster, which is powered by high intensity brake light and turn indicators. This Maruti Ertiga VDI Limited Edition trim has quite a few styling aspects that emphasizes its exclusiveness. It is mated with a five speed manual transmission gearbox that helps it to produce a mileage in the range of 17.2 to 20.77 Kmpl. On the other hand, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 Kmph speed mark in about 15 to 16 seconds and it can reach a top speed of approximately 150 Kmph.

Braking and Handling:

Its comes fitted with a set of disc brakes to the front wheels, whereas its rear ones are paired with conventional drum brakes . This diesel version is available with anti lock braking system, brake assist and electronic brake force distribution as standard, which further reinforces the braking mechanism. Coming to the suspension, its front axle is equipped with McPherson Strut and the rear axle is equipped with torsion beam system. On the other hand, it comes incorporated with a rack and pinion based electric power steering system, which supports a minimum turning radius of 5.2-meters.

Comfort Features:

This Maruti Ertiga VDI Limited Edition has several important comfort features, which provides a stress-free traveling experience. It has a heating ventilation and AC unit along with second row roof mounted vents as well. The list of features include all four power windows with driver's side auto down function, central door locking, key-less entry, power steering with tilt adjustment, front seat belts height adjustment, two room lamps, green tinted glass and front intermittent wipers. This trim is also blessed with electrically adjustable outside mirrors, a large glove box, front sun visors with passenger's side vanity mirror and remote fuel lid opener.

Safety Features:

This MPV has a rigid body panel that includes impact protection beams and crumple zones, which safeguards the vehicle in case of an accident.
