Rapid 2011-2014 1.6 MPI AT Ambition Review
Skoda Rapid 1.6 MPI AT Ambition is pretty much similar to Skoda Rapid 1.6 MPI Ambition variant except the AT Ambition model comes with automatic transmission. This 5 seater sedan comes with 1.6 litre of MPI in line liquid cooling system DOHC petrol engine that produces peak power of 105 BHP at 5250 rpm together with 153 Nm of maximum torque at 3800 rpm. The engine displacement is same as others that is 1598cc. The highlight here is that the engine is wisely mated with the 5 speed automatic gearbox, which enhances the drivability and delivers a city mileage of 12 km per litre and highway mileage of 14 km per litre. Besides the automatic transmission, the other features remain constant, which comprise of air conditioning, heater, power steering, power windows, anti lock braking system with brake assist, central locking system, integrated CD/MP3 player for better entertainment, rear reading lamp, parking sensors to park at the right spot and tachometer and so on. The price of Skoda Rapid 1.6 MPI AT Ambition is higher than the Skoda Rapid 1.6 MPI Ambition.
