- Daily City CommuterThe Tigor EV can easily be a daily city commuter, but on the highways, it lacks the performance to range. Coming to comfort, it is stiffer to transport the shocks inside on very bad roads. However, the steering over a corner feels confident as CG was spot on. Better than other gasoline variants. Brakes do well in all conditions. On speaking about the range it can do a slightly more 210kms both city and highways, performance drop only below 10% which is a great leap and it runs 500m even after 0% charge. Overall a great package for daily city commuters, who feel concerned about the fuel pricing.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo

- Best CarTigor Petrol price is 7 lakhs on the road whereas EV price is 13 lakhs on road. It means you are paying 6 lakhs more in advance ( Add interest cost on the additional amount if financed through the bank) that way you are not saving on fuel costs. Secondly, the range will go on to decrease over the years as the battery life will reduce. Secondly, inconvenience due to time is taken for charging, non-availability of charging stations at remote areas, therefore, can't plan longer trips and finally no resale value as after 7-8 years complete battery set needs to be replaced which is again a huge cost which could be almost half value of the car, therefore, no one will be interested to buy a used car and it will fetch no value. Needless to mention if the battery drains out during your trip on the road you'll have no other option than to tow your vehicle, also a range of 300 km on a full charge as claimed by the company can only be derived from AC and Music system is not used and the car is derived at a speed of 60 km only, this is something the company will not tell you unless you ask them. As mentioned previously the range of the car will keep decreasing ( Just like a mobile battery) as the battery gets old and after a few years you will end up charging the vehicle probably after every 100 km. Stick to Petrol rather than EV, expecting Hydrogen cars to replace other fuels in the coming decade.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
