- Not a great build.The body is not solid it's like a TIN box, safety comes from chassis not body. Chassis wise Ciaz is made from the latest technology and is well built. The body is intentionally made with very lightweight materials to reduce weight so that mileage can be increased.9
- Not a great car.The very poor experience I bought a new Ciaz in Apr 2018 after a 10-month car's engine shut off automatically. In the running condition and got starts automatically which is very dangerous in the hilly area. Maruti is passing time on defect rectification but still, they don't get any defect this problem occurs 20-25 times till now.2 1

- Not worth of money at allCiaz facelift is a defective product of Nexa, They all have few common issues 1. ORVM- if you invest 12 lacs then you are expecting a luxury from the car. But the timings of Both of ORVM movement is totally different which makes it third-class car. 2. Central locking of this car is a big issue handle lock doesn't work in such cars.4 10

- Bad QualityThe interiors quality is worst for this car. I bought the petrol top model and not even completed a year but the seat covers are getting cracked. Even the Nexa team is least bothered about it.3 5
