I recently purchased the new Volkswagen Tiguan and I have to say that the car is a real beauty. Almost in every aspect, the vehicle shows its amazing capability. The new Tiguan is the first offering from VW to feature the newest MQB (Modular transverse matrix) platform. Tiguan's positioning is little ambiguous, but the charm of Volkswagen cars usually lies in their solid build quality, the latest technology and typically restrained German styling which makes them bit high in terms of price. Volkswagen places Tiguan as a cheaper alternative to compact luxury SUVs like Mercedes-Benz GLA and BMW X1. Its exterior styling is entirely comprised of straight lines and the most prominent is the deep shoulder crease that flows into the LED tail lamps. The vehicle looks more like a squatted down crossover rather a rugged SUV. Interiors are good enough to provide luxurious appeal with all black theme and leather upholstered seats and steering wheel. Got the vehicle in October 2017. To my surprise the vehicle which i got had a touch screen infotainment system, which wasn't there on the test drive vehicle, due to this android auto and apple car play was also added. This car is very easy to drive in the city due to electro-mechanical steering and its handles amazingly well on the highway. The fuel efficiency i got on the highway was 15.6km/l, which was really good for a car in this category. For the price, its much more loaded than the other germans and also more comfortable. As per my knowledge that Volkswagen Tiguan is classy look and royal car model in India. The company is going to well for customers by the launch a magnificent car model in the country. I would also like to purchase its upcoming model. But the price not announce by the company. I hopes that it will available in between Rs. 20 to Rs.25 lakh. If it will coming above my expectation range so i won't be try to buy it. I was searching a something about it on the some other auto site. There were specified that it has a luxurious and SUV segment car model.
