9 August, 2012: To bag on the success of R 350 4Matic petrol version, Mercedes Benz has rolled out the diesel variant, Mercedes Benz R350 CDI 4MATIC with a price tag of Rs.58.59 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). The CDI variant will be powered by a 2987cc V6 diesel engine that comes coupled with7G-TRONIC with 4WD transmission that gives a mileage of 11.25kmpl. The R 350 CDI 4MATIC is also adorned with LED daytime running lights, steel chassis with air suspension system in the rear to aid comfort and improve driving dynamics. The luxurious interiors boast of ample luggage space of 2385 liters. What makes Mercedes  R 350 CDI 4Matic a viable option is that it offers the drivability pleasure of a saloon together with the flexibility of an MPV,  also the car is fraught up with features  like electrically adjustable telescopic steering wheel, Memory seats, three zone automatic climate control, air-conditioning for rear row passengers, six-disc CD changer and Universal media interface. This four-door passenger vehicle comes with wide-opening tailgate that can easily accommodate seven adults and offers a lot of head and elbow room to all the occupants.
