Price: It is priced at Rs 38.17 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India).

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan: The 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan has been unveiled in international markets.

Variants: The Tiguan is offered in a single, fully loaded Elegance variant. A new R-Line variant with a sportier design will be launched in 2025.

Colour Options: It comes in seven monotone colours: Nightshade Blue, Pure White, Oryx White, Deep Black, Dolphin Grey, Reflex Silver, and Kings Red.

Seating Capacity: Volkswagen's flagship SUV in India seats up to five people.

Engine and Transmission: The Tiguan is equipped with a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine (190 PS/320 Nm), paired with a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission) and an all-wheel drivetrain (AWD). It has a claimed fuel efficiency of 12.65 kmpl.

Features: Key features include an 8-inch touchscreen system, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, connected car technology, 3-zone climate control, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and 30-colour ambient lighting.

Safety: Safety features comprise six airbags, tyre pressure monitoring (TPMS), electronic stability control (ESC), hill assist, hill descent control, an advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) suite, a rear-view camera, and ISOFIX child-seat mounts.

The Tiguan offers a luxurious feel with the spacious and feature loaded cabin. With a 2.0 TSI engine at heart, the performance is punchy and provides a great driving experience. The interiors are premium and of top notch quality. It offers a great balance of comfort and agility. The advanced safety features like lane assist and adaptive cruise control are quite useful on the highways. It is a great family SUV that delivers on all fronts.

Absolute Beast
VW Tiguan is an absolute beast. It drives so smoothly, the 2 litre engine is powerful and torque, it picks up well in the 3rd gear. Highway drives have never been so comfortable. The suspension is firm, it absorbs bumps realy well. It is definitely worth the price.

Impressive Volkswagen Tiguan
We are a family of 4 so safety being the top priority, we chose the Volkswagen Tiguan after finalising the Virtus. The 2.0 litre TSI engine is explosive, DSG gearbox is super smooth and it is super fun to drive. The design is classic. The seats are comfortable, minimal fatigue even after a long drive. With 6k km on the odo, i can definitely say that this has been the best decision.

Volkswagen Tiguan can do it all. This 2 litre petrol SUV is powerful, tough and feature packed. I was looking for a elegant looking car for my daily drive and occassional travel, and it fits perfectly in my selection. The awd drive system helps in tackling rough roads and provide stable ride on the highways. I found the driving experience better than Tucson and only drawback being the low mileage. I am only able to get about 9 kmpl in the city, maybe because I am new to DSG gearbox.
