The 2023 Tata Harrier facelift has been revealed in full and its bookings are open for a token amount of Rs 25,000. This is the first thorough update for the mid-size SUV since its debut in 2019 and it gets heavy design changes front and rear while Tata has added a few new features as well. If you are planning to put your name in the order books, check out all the colours being offered with the new Harrier.
Seaweed Green (New)
This may be reminiscent of the Camo Edition colour, but it’s not the same.
Ash Grey (New)
Coral Red
This shade replaces the pre-facelift colour option called Calypso Red.
Lunar White
It is quite similar to the white shade of the pre-facelift Harrier that was called Orcus White.
Oberon Black
This is the shade that will be offered with the Dark editions of the facelifted Harrier and will feature badging on the front fenders to indicate the same.
Pebble Grey
It is quite similar to the pre-facelift shade known as Daytona Grey.
Sunlit Yellow (New)
The 2023 Tata Harrier is perhaps the only SUV in its segment to offer this hue.
Apart from the exterior shades, the cabin also comes in different colour options by way of inserts on the dashboard and doors. The top-spec Fearless and Adventure variants get cabin themes matching the exterior shades. With the Sunlit Yellow colour, the cabin gets a black and yellow theme with yellow inserts on the dashboard, centre console and door.
The top-spec Adventure variant gets a black and tan brown cabin theme with the Seaweed Green colour option. Its dashboard is all black while the seats get brown cross stitching.
The Smart and Pure variants come with a dual-tone black and grey cabin. They likely are not available with the green or yellow exterior shades either.

Powertrain
The new Tata Harrier continues with the single engine of the pre-facelift version. It retains the same 2-litre diesel engine (170PS/350Nm) and gets both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options. The 6-speed automatic also comes with paddle shifters.
Features & Safety
Apart from the design changes, the feature list has also been updated. The Harrier now comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, it also gets a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 4-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Tata logo and dual-zone climate control with a touch-based AC panel.
On the safety front, it now gets up to seven airbags and its ADAS suite now includes adaptive cruise control. Other safety features include ABS with EBD, electronic stability program (ESP), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a 360-degree camera.
Price & Rivals
The 2023 Tata Harrier is expected to launch in November at a starting price of Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will continue its rivalry with the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector and Jeep Compass.
