Apollo tyres has expanded its international market base by inaugurating a couple of new dealerships in Amman, Jordan. This move has been taken by the tyre manufacturers with an aim of acquiring market share in Middle East. To improve the retail experience of the customer these Apollo zones will feature displays of products, which will feature agricultural, passenger car, truck and bus tyres, so that the customer gets a better feel for the brand. Addition of these newly opened dealerships will result in a total of 5 branded retail outlets of Apollo in the region of Middle East.
"The growing passenger vehicle segment of Jordan, along with the entire Middle East region, has a lot of potential for us. The 13 year old partnership with The Ideal for Import and Export has enabled us to secure a strong customer acknowledgement for our products," commented Satish Sharma, President, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA), Apollo Tyres.
In addition Mr. Sharma also said "We aim to have a larger mind space with the customers in the 1,00,000 a month tyre market in Jordan. The Apollo Zones will help us increase visibility for the Apollo brand, and will endear us further for the consumers, as they experience our world-class products and services".
