Audi launched Top Assist Program

Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today launched Audi Top Assist Program, which will provide the emergency road assistance over 95% of the main routes in India round-the-clock. This emergency service is for all Audi customers whose vehicles under warranty at no additional costs starting today with the introduction of the service program. Audi cars sold in the year 2007 will also include additional two years of Audi Top Assist Program for free to ensure a pleasant and uninterrupted travel virtually anywhere in India.

Audi Top Assist Program consists of two dedicated toll-free telephone numbers, the Audi owners can call 24x7, 365 days a year. Service personnel on a bike will be at first on the site for assistance. If, in any case the car needs more attention, a tractor with a special towing platform will be sent by the service provider.

* Coverage of 95% of main routes in India with over 600 service providers
* 24x7, 365 days a year service
* Dispatch of a service personnel, a taxi and a towing tractor at site
* Taxi of upper-class standards provided free of cost to customers for up to 48 hours
* Travel and accommodation facilities will be provided in case of immobilisation for more than 24 hours
* On site repairs, delivery of fuel, delivery of spare keys will be provided
* Transportation of vehicle to destination or habitual residence
* Transportation of luggage and personal effects
* Transmission of urgent messages to family and friends
