Looks like it’s the year of facelifts! Every car maker is giving its vehicles a mid-life facelift in order to rev-up the sales volumes. To join the bandwagon here is Mahindra and Mahindra. The company is coming up with a face-lifted version of its MPV, Mahindra Xylo. Now the company has begun the production of 2012 Mahindra Xylo MPV and is ready to bring it to the Indian car market on 8th of February 2012.

A major change will be seen on the exteriors of the new Mahindra Xylo, which would comprise of refreshed headlamps, new bonnet, redesigned front bumper, and a brand new stylish grille. The interiors have also been given a bit of revamp and have been made more chic and comfortable. On the other hand, under the hood, 2012 Mahindra Xylo MPV will be offered in two engine tunes, including 2.2 litre of mEagle common rail turbo diesel engine churning out peak power of 112 BHP along with 2.2 litre of direct injection diesel engine producing 95 BHP of peak power. Therefore, get ready to welcome the brand new Mahindra Xylo on 8th February 2012.
