One more auto company has joined the bandwagon of vehicle price hiking. The new member in the list is Tata Motors. The company is to increase its vehicles price in April 2010, as it is not able to reach the extra cost in meeting Euro-IV fuel Emission norms. There will be price hike over the industry, when the Euro-IV Norms come into effects says the Tata Motors passengers car division president Rajiv Dube. As yet the price hike cannot be disclosed. Over the automobile industry, the auto makers have increased the cost of the vehicle, after the excise duty was taken back in the union budget. Tata is also ready to lunch Tata Aria (premium cross over model) in the Mid of 2010 says Mr Dube. Tata Aria is a combination of three car segments which include cross over of sports utility vehicle, a Multi purpose vehicle and a Sedan. Yet the cost of the vehicle is not declared, but as it is a classy and a sophisticated product it will have higher price tag than Tata Safari. The booking of the JAGUAR XJ Model have already been started, which is due in its launch by the end of 1st quarter of the next year.
