Fiat 500L prices announced for USA

Fiat has now revealed the US pricing for the 550L premium hatchback, it will cost 19000 Dollars in US, which is around Rs. 10.61 Lakh. The 500L is basically a slightly bigger version of the 500 hatchback, and it comes with five doors. The five door hatchback comes powered by a 1.4L MultiAir Turbo engine that is capable of developing 160bhp of power and 184Nm of top torque. The vehicle is available with two transmission options - a six-speed manual or six-speed dual dry clutch transmission (DDCT).
The vehicle is a highly feature rich, as it comes equipped with SirusXM Satellite Radio, Premium Beats Audio, rear seats are foldable, 7 standard airbags, Navigation and Bluetooth connectivity, 5 or 6.5 inches touchscreen display, ESP and many more.
Fiat 500L is available in four different variants - Pop, Easy, Trekking and Lounge. The base variant 500L Pop comes equipped with all the standard features such as Air conditioning, power windows, electronically operated mirrors, while the next model 500L Easy gets all the features of base variant and also comes loaded with tinted rear glass, excellent music system and body coloured mirrors.
The 500L Trekking variant has additional features like fog lamps, 17-inch wheels, parking sensors Rear Park assist system and others. The top end 500L Lounge model gets the dual-clutch transmission system, exclusive 16-inch wheels, dual zone climate control, vinly wrapped instrument panel, leather seats and many more.
The base version of the 500L hot hatch is tagged at 19000 Dollars (Rs. 10.61 lakh), while the top end 500L Lounge cost 24,195 Dollars, which is around Rs. 13.54 lakh. However, the company hasn't made it available for the buyers, but it is being said that the vehicle will be put on sale by the summer 2013, which is approx two months. It is quite early to comment, whether India will get 500L. Rumors are on rife that the compact SUV based on 500L will be launched in India by the next year.
