The Argo’s dashboard looks like a breath of fresh air as opposed to the Punto's and its current breed of rivals!
Fiat continues to tease the successor of the Punto, the Argo, ahead of its full unveil. In the recent video, the Italian automaker has teased the dashboard of the new hatchback.
According to Brazilian media, the Argo will be revealed by the end of this month, while its public debut is scheduled for the 2017 Buenos Aires Motor Show on June 9.
As expected the dashboard of the Argo is in line with its bigger sibling, the Tipo hatchback. That said, the latter features a mature styling, while the former is a little chic!

The similar bits between the two include the floating touchscreen infotainment system, twin-pod instrument cluster with a large, full-colour MID (multi-information display) screen.
Like the outgoing Punto EVO, the Argo’s dashboard also features a contrasting central strip finished in red which also three circular AC vents like the ones seen on the latest products from Mercedes-Benz. And it’s no bad thing as Mercedes-Benz makes some of the best cabins these days (check out the image below).
The floating infotainment system in the Argo is certainly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ 7-inch Uconnect unit, which also does duty in other cars from the automotive conglomerate. A similar unit will also be available in the upcoming Jeep Compass. The Uconnect system has Android Auto support as you can see in the image below, and we expect Apple CarPlay to feature as well.
Last week, Fiat revealed a couple of official images of the Argo for the first time. Check out its images and rest of the details, including the mystery behind its new name, design analysis and expected Indian debut here: Fiat Argo Unveiled In Official Images
