Honda Cars India that launched the automatic version of its flagship hatchback, the Brio some days back in India is now all set to launch a top-end variant of the same car called the VX. Honda has been receiving constant feedback from customers to have some more features, so the company has now decided to launch the new variant with some additional features including driver seat height adjustment and a rear de-fogger, however rear wiper will still not be seen in the car.
Having the new top-end variant, Honda Cars India is expecting to increase the sales numbers of the Brio, which is already selling over 2000 units a month. The compact hatchback currently has a total 6 variants, out of which four are mated to a five-speed manual transmission, and the other two automatic variants sport the best-in-class five-speed automatic transmission.
The car is just an update, so there won't be any mechanical changes, the 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine will continue to power the Brio, which churns out the maximum power output of 88bhp and 110Nm of torque. We already respect Honda, and taking the customers' feedback seriously, the company has surely earned more respect.
Stay tuned to CarDekho for all the latest updates on the same. Cheers!
