HMIL Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Rakesh Srivastava, said "Creta has created immense excitement even before its launch with its bold and stylish looks. We are delighted to receive an overwhelming response with over 28,500 enquiries and 10,000 customers showing their interest to live the Creta life."

In a brief rundown, Creta is built on Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture design philosophy and takes styling cues from elder sibling Santa Fe. The compact SUV mesmerizes from every angle be it the front profile boasting of projector headlamps with daytime running, 17-inch diamond cut alloys and body cladding at the sides or the wrap-around taillamps at the rear, all makes it a compelling product.

The flamboyancy further triggers when stepping inside where one will find touchscreen infotainment unit, premium upholstery and features like smart-key with push start button, rear AC vents and a lot more. Further, the car is armed with dual, side and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, Hill Start Assist Control and reverse parking sensors to say the least. The car will incorporate engines taken from Verna, they are 1.4L & 1.6L CRDi diesel and 1.6L VTVT petrol mill.

The company has invested INR 1,000 crores for creating this little master. When launched, it will rival Renault Duster, Ford EcoSport and upcoming Maruti S-Cross in the segment. So stay glued to Cardekho to witness the grand event next week.
