Hyundai Motors to launch new cars in India

Hyundai Motors India Limited, the second largest car manufacturer which holds about 20 percent market share in the India car market may witness tough competition from its rivals and future entrants, despite its strong position in the Indian market. To strengthen its position in the Indian auto industry, the company is working on several plans. To begin with Hyundai Motors India plans to increase its capacity marginally by 70,000 units in order to meet the demand of the customers. Another of the company’s plans include the launching of the new models like Hyundai Avante and Hyundai H800.

Hyundai Avante and Hyundai H800 are among the most awaited models of the company. At present, the latest model of HMIL, Hyundai i10 is doing well in the market by giving strong sales till now.

Hyundai India is also planning to introduce a new 800cc model which is expected to be a replacement to Maruti 800. This model of Hyundai which will be priced between Rs 2.5-3.5 lakh is also expected to compete with Tata Nano.
