Maruti is now to tie up with Google for Digital marketing

Japan based Suzuki's Indian subsidiary Maruti Suzuki to move into a new digital marketing to push the sales of its vehicles and make them popular in the market. The company has spread its digital marketing business this year by 9.0 crore as against 4.8 crore previous year and now going is to prepare a deal with Google for digital marketing.
The Indian auto market leader Mauruti Suzuki which is already working with search engine biggie will also tie-up with Google to track special searching domains, keywords and Maruti's traffic. Shashank Srivastava, chief general manager (marketing), Maruti Suzuki said that Digital media is changing fast and the company is requiring a specialist who has knowlege of same field like keywords tracking, domain knowledge and traffic record knowledge.
Maruti and Google combinedly stated that both the companies are working closely on search engine optimization and online reputation management. Google is tracking Maruti's traffic and revelatory used words about the Maruti's products. Google search engine to catch relevant words online for Maruti which is majorly used on the Internet. This search engine will alert to Maruti Suzuki which word about its products have been posted on Facebook or Twitter.
The company reported that its Maruti Ritz and Maruti A Star are the most searched cars on social networking sites while its Maruti Ritz and Maruti Alto have highest fans at Facebook among all the Maruti cars. The company is also working with Singapore based company Affle for SMS/ mobile market which is another domain specialist in the Internet field.
Maruti Suzuki India is countries largest auto company which is planing to invest 6,125 crore in India by 2013, so it will bring some new international level models in the market. To produce a new small car in 2012 Maruti Suzuki has tied-up with Skoda Auto. Meanwhile German giant Volkswagen which has global portfolio will be new partner of Maruti Suzuki, both the companies are planing to develop a new car. So Google will be major digital partner of the company which will help to catch the pulse of Internet searching about Maruti Suzuki products.
