Maruti Suzuki India Employees To Stay In Japan

The shocking Tsunami and earthquake has left Japan devastated and almost all foreign automobile companies have declared to rescue back their employees back to their home country. It has been reported that, India’s leading automobile manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) has given a statement that, all the 150 employees in Japan will not come back and will stay back in Japan. Employees will stay to continue with their ongoing projects in Japan with Suzuki Motor Corp.

Suzuki Motor Corp has given the Indian employees the option to return back, but the employees are supposed to stay back for continuing their project. S.Y. Siddiqui who is the managing executive for human resource in Maruti Suzuki India stated that, everything is going well. The project work is on full swing and there is no delay of any other work. The situation at the particular place is improving a lot and some senior members are also present over there.

MSIL, which is the largest car manufacturer in India, has sent a good team of executives to Suzuki for surveying the incident after the tragedy. The company decided to continue assembling of car operation temporarily. The assembling job will be resumed back and parts production will also be resumed. The company will later think about the output schedule.

MSIL which has employee strength of 8000 is going to further hire 1500 employees more. MSIL is going to hire fresh employees from the month of April. The new hiring process will be done for the new unit that is located in Manesar which is in the northern part of Haryana. The employees will be hired for marketing, research and development process. The overall development and profit of the company is improving day by day.
