Mercedes-Benz India Recorded 89% Growth for 2010

Mercedes-Benz India, most famous brand when it comes to luxury cars, has finally unfolded its November sales figure and has recorded a stunning 89% growth in Indian markets. November month has been yet another good period of ever favorite Mercedes-Benz India when it has flaunted a total wholesale of 518 units for November 2010 which is an upward swing by 89% as compared to 275 units sold last year in same month.

The major credit of this stunning growth goes to Mercedes-Benz E-Class with total sales of 251 units and 156 units of Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class managed a sale of 39 units. Moreover 49 unit sale is still under SUVs GL-Class and M-Class, keeping it on good track. So with that the total SUV wholesale amounts to 375 units.

If we consider the sales figure between January to November 2010, we will find that the company has recorded total sales of 5416 units. This wonderful performance from this famous luxury car manufacturer, equals to a growth of 86% from that of last year's 2913 units sales.

For the whole 2010, the E-Class has taken up the grounds with stunning sale of 2119 units. Next in race was the C-Class which sold 1929 units. Whereas the S-Class showed up sale of 521 units

while revealing the big success of company, Dr. Wilfried Aulbur who is the Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India said that the November sales are a benchmark for the company as this is the highest record made in history of Mercedes-Benz India. He said that the company follows an effective strategy for Indian markets which mainly focus on ensuring world class sales, delivering the highest value to the customer and offering a comprehensive product portfolio. He also credited the big success to their well established network to reach its customers effectively. He showed his happiness in announcing the proud achievement of this company. He said that company was able to make good progress even against the backdrop of a bleak 2009.
