If you loved the Mini cars launched at the Auto Expo 2012, then this surely would be a good news for you! The German auto major, BMW India isn’t resting these days. The company is planning to swell up its portfolio in India. In last couple of years, we have seen that BMW has been busy expanding its range, like adding in coupe, hatchback, mini-hatchback, mini SUV, roadster and convertible. Rationally, the new variants from the BMW stable such as the large hatchback and the mini-SUV have received quite a good amount of appreciation.
Especially the recently launched Mini range of cars from Mini India is going very strong. The icing on the cake was when the audience gave the honor of being the most beautiful car at the Auto Expo 2012 to Mini Countryman. Looking at the response that Mini got at the Auto Expo 2012, BMW is planning to enhance its car portfolio further by adding on the third generation hatchback, which is expected to hit the roads in 2014. So far, there are only rumors and speculations about it, but if rumors are to be believed this time, the new third generation hatchback will come with 3 new body-styles. It is being expected that these new body styles will be sold like hot cakes in the market.
