MPVs from Maruti, Nissan, Toyota and Chevrolet sizzle at the Auto Expo 2012

The Auto Expo platform has always been the most effective one for the auto giants. And this year’s Auto Expo has shown a lot of new offering for the aspiring consumers. The Multi Purpose Vehicles or better known as MPVs at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo were dazzling all around. It was surely very evident that last year, the Indian auto market did not see huge amount of growth, all thanks to the hiked interest rates and sky rocketing petrol prices.
But this time around, the auto giants have come out of the distress with immense proud. Some of the big daddies of the Indian auto market like Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, Chevrolet and Toyota introduced their MPVs at the Auto Expo 2012.
Maruti Suzuki came up with Maruti Ertiga, which was much hyped since the time it was spied on the roads of India. On the other hand, General Motors brought Chevrolet Tavera, Nissan unveiled Nissan Evalia MPV and Toyota bought in the face-lifted version of its cash cow, Toyota Innova.
All these MPVs received an amazing response from the audience present at the Auto Expo 2012. The pricing details of the cars vary on the model one picks, whereas the performance delivered by these multi-purpose vehicles appears to be top notch. Therefore, it would surely be exciting to see how Indian auto Market would react as these MPVs hit the retail showrooms.
