It seems like Pagani is not willing to retire Zonda as reportedly the automaker has produced another one-off version to be known as ZoZo. Earlier after the unveiling of Zonda Revolucion special edition, Pagani said that it would retire the Zonda lineup, but with the increasing demand, Pagani kept the model alive through the unique custom build model. If reports are to be believed, the ZoZo is ordered by Yusaku Maezaw, founder of Japanese online fashion mall Zozotown from where the car gets its name.
The car share its designing cues from Zonda 760 LH (Lewis Hamilton) which is again a custom build for British Formula One driver. The Zonda ZoZo in addition gets two extra rear lights sitting above the standard taillights which have been blackened. The additional lighting clusters are inspired by early Zonda R renderings dating back to 2007. The ZoZo is not an update of pre existing car but is an entirely new vehicle, just like all the other 760 models.
Pagani Zonda ZoZo features a new carbo-titanium chassis, magnesium-made six-speed transversal and sequential gearbox that can change gears in only 20 millisecond and a Bosch-developed traction control. The automaker has also updated the ABS system by installing new deflectors on the hood and a vertical stabilizer on the rear hood. The rear wing also packs an F1-inspired Drag Reduction System (DRS) with two operating mods.
Under the hood, ZoZo gets 7.3-litre, V12 naturally aspirated engine straight from the AMG. With the big engine, the car musters an output of 760hp.
