The Woking based automotive manufacturer has been slowing growing its presence across the globe not just with its new products, but also by entering several car markets. Riding on the success of the McLaren F1 and also the McLaren Mercedes-Benz SLR, the British sports car maker had introduced the MP4-12C.
Now taking things to the next level, it will be revealing the P1 today at the Paris Motor Show. This will be another speculator launch from the company. The Woking-based company has been amongst the forerunners in Formula 1, ever since Bruce McLaren founded it in 1963.
At the moment, the company is looking at expansion and has already a few European markets like Singapore. The company at the moment has an annual production capacity of 1,000 units. The company will enter China by 2013 and is likely to set-up eight dealerships by 2014. As per the research done by the company, it can double its sale just by opening these few Chinese dealerships. Our sources confirm that the British racing team, will get its production cars in India after three years, which is about 2015.
