Infiniti Red Bull Racing has announced that World Champion Sebastian Vettel has extended his multi-year contract with the team until the end of 2015. This combination has won numerous awards, and is still going strong for many more. Recently, the world's leading F1 racer has won its first Canadian Grand Prix victory in Montreal, finishing its race over 14 seconds clear of nearest challenger Fernando Alonso of Ferrari.
Vettel has been a part of the Red Bull Racing team since 2009, and during his Formula One Career, the 25 year old champion has achieved 29 wins, 51 podiums and 39 Pole positions. He is the current Formula One World Champion and also a triple World Champion, having retained the title since he first won it in 2010.
Two years back, in March 2011, Vettel agreed on a new three-year deal till the end of 2014, and now the extension has added one more year to it. Earlier, Ferrari aimed to join hands with Sebastian Vettel, but the Infiniti Red Bull has sent a strong message to the company that the champion is not available till 2015.
