Subaru has revealed a glimpse of Impreza sedan, slated to be unveiled in Los Angeles, later this month. A few day back, the manufacturer showcased the 5-door hatchback concept at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Both the cars will act as foundation to the next generation of Impreza, slated to debut next year. The cars are based on SGP(Subaru Global Platform) that aims at lower weight despite a larger size as compared to the current lineup. The teaser image reveals the dropping silhouettes of the roof that is accentuating the sporty appeal of the car, while the front end looks virtually similar to that of the hatchback concept from Tokyo.
Though there is no word about the dimensional data of the sedan it is expected to hover near that of the hatchback which is 4,440mm long, 1880mm wide, 1440mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2670mm.
Details will be out when Subaru will reveal the concept car at Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19. While the current car has been a rally legend since a very long time, thanks to Subaru’s cutting edge AWD system that makes up for its agility on treacherous trail runs.
