The Tata Harrier recently underwent a comprehensive makeover and is now on sale, with prices starting from Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Tata has already provided all the details about the features and specifications of the new Harrier, except for the complete price list of the automatic variants and Dark edition models. And now, we have the variant-wise prices for all of them, detailed in the table below.

Tata has priced the automatic variants of the Harrier from Rs 19.99 lakh to Rs 25.89 lakh (excluding the Dark variants). The convenience of the 6-speed automatic carries a premium of Rs 1.4 lakh for all except the entry-level option, the premium for which is Rs 10,000 lower.

Tata is offering the Dark edition of the Harrier starting from its one-above-base Pure variant, priced at Rs 19.99 lakh. It's worth noting that in the Dark edition, this variant gets a panoramic sunroof. Also, the top-spec Dark edition manual variant is priced at Rs 25.04 lakh.
The prices for the Dark automatic variants start at Rs 21.39 lakh and go up to Rs 26.44 lakh with a similar premium of Rs 1.4 lakh over the manual. The Dark edition gets the all-black exterior treatment and depending on the variant, gets the 19-inch alloy wheels too.
Features & Safety
The 2023 Tata Harrier comes loaded with features like a 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, and a 10-speaker JBL sound system. It also gets multi-colour ambient lighting, dual-zone automatic AC, ventilated front seats, 6-way powered driver’s seat, 4-way powered co-driver’s seat, a panoramic sunroof (with mood lighting), and a gesture-enabled powered tailgate.
In terms of safety, the Harrier facelift is equipped with up to 7 airbags (6 airbags as standard), electronic stability control (ESC) with hill assist, a 360-degree camera, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It also gets advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with adaptive cruise control as well (only with automatics). It is also one of the safest cars made in India, as tested by Global NCAP.
Diesel Powertrain
The Tata Harrier facelift is powered by a 2-litre diesel engine which churns out 170PS and 350Nm. It comes mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic. Other powertrain options for the SUV are under development and due to arrive in 2024, including a petrol and an EV.
Price & Rivals
Prices for the Tata Harrier facelift range from Rs 15.49 lakh to Rs 26.44 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It takes on the MG Hector, 5-seater variants of the Mahindra XUV700, and higher-specced variants of the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
