Ten thousand units of Ford Figo for export

Ford Figo has decided North America, the UAE and South America among others for executing its plan of exporting Ford Figo to the global markets. The company is hopeful to export at least ten thousand units of Ford products in these places by the end of the present financial year.

Michael Boneham, president and managing director, commented that they have already exported the Ford Figo to South Africa. They now expect that it will give similar results in other markets as well. He also added that the company has got plans for accelerating its strategy of export. On the other hand, for celebrating the production of the 50,000th Ford Figo, the company has introduced a Figo road trip campaign wherein a customised Figo will be on drive to Chennai from Chandigarh.

The Ford Figo features an array of advanced third generation safety features like Dual Front Airbags that offers safety in case of front collision, ABS (Antilock Brake System) with EBD (Electronic Brake-Force Distribution) that enhance the stability of the car and provides a comfortable driving experience. Belt tensioners and Belt Force limiters, Seatbelt warning indicator, Door-ajar warning and many more safety features are present in Ford Figo. Ford Figo is available in both petrol and diesel models with four variants each. It's stylish look, exciting interior and exterior features and other advanced features with comparatively low price tag woos both the masses and the classes. Ford Figo is not only a small car in India but is also a ray of hope for Ford Motors as it has placed the company on a track that was much needed from the auto firm's perspective. The company has equipped Ford Figo with everything that a small car owner can wish for. However, there are some limitations since it's a compact car and you cant possibly fit everything here. What the car does offer is the much advanced and desirable array of features that includes Lane Change Indicators, Rapid deceleration warning, speed sensing volume control, smart programmable remote key, distance to empty, 6 speed intermittent wiper and intelligent central locking.
