Toyota begins 'Q' Promise campaign in India

Toyota Kirloskar Motor today made an announcement for the launch of its brand new corporate campaign Toyota ‘Q’ Promise. The Toyota ‘Q’ Promise is a corporate brand-building initiative by Toyota in India. It will be targeting consumers all  across India. The campaign will be there on the print, online and TV media and will go on between August to October 2010.

In fact, this ‘Q’ Promise campaign of Toyota aims to reach out to the maximum of Indian customers so that the Brand Toyota can become known and strong in various consumer segments. Mr Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director TKM, commented on the campaign launch and said that this ‘Q’ Promise campaign aims to build and sustain an emotional connect with Indians across states, languages and cultures. In the run up to the launch of company’s new compact car Etios late this year, the company would like to reiterate its promise of Quality, be it company’s products, manufacturing systems, after-sales service, internal HR practices or the CSR initiatives.

The campaign will emphasize on using cultural insights and local languages for creating a long term brand recall for Toyota. 'Q' Promise is a commitment to the Indian people from company’s side. It features certain promises based on product and manufacturing, safety, sales and service, trust, employee welfare and skill development.
