Toyota Etios sedan launching on 1st December

On December 1st 2010, Toyota Motors is launching its all new Toyota Etios sedan model in Indian auto market. Toyota Etios from the Japanese auto giant is one of the most ambitious car to be unveiled on Wednesday in the presence of its President Akio Toyoda, who is especially coming for the inauguration. The Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited, the Japanese auto maker is in joint venture with the Indian Kirloskar Group. The venture is now coming up with the sedan model of Toyota Etios which is definitely a landmark for the company. The Toyota Etios sedan model will first enter the Indian auto sector and later the hatchback Toyota Etios will follow it after three months.

Sandeep Singh, the Deputy Managing Director (Marketing) for the TKM, said that, Toyota Etios sedan model booking will commence from 1st December, 2010 and the delivery will start from 1st January. When asked about the price of the car, Singh refused to comment. But he added that, the company is zealous and enthusiastic about the new car. The auto maker is sure that the new car will make its customers satisfied with the product. As per the experts from the auto industry, the reviews on the Toyota Etios are extremely positive and the company is elated about it.

The sedan model of Toyota Etios is pitching against the already established cars in its segment such as the Maruti Swift Dzire from the Indian auto cars and Tata Manza from the Indian auto giant Tata Motors. Toyota Etios, the hatchback model with which Toyota is entering in the small segment cars for the first time, will compete with market winners such as Maruti Swift, Hyundai i20, Volkswagen Polo and Ford Figo. As per the company officials, they wish to sell as many as 70,000 cars of the Toyota Etios in its first year. With the unveil of this car on Wednesday Toyota Motors will be entering new phase in the domestic auto market. The entry level sedan comes with assurance of high quality and technology in its car. Toyota Etios has been specially made for the Indian customers by keeping in mind the needs and conditions of the sub continent.
