Tyrexpo '11 kick starts from 5th to 7th July

Tyrexpo India 2011, is the place to be for July which will showcase the new tyres and equipment in India. The event will witness participation from various national and international players who will showcase their products and services.

Various manufacturers that are accelerating with the growing economy are also keen in investing in the international auto market.

Paul Farrant, Managing director of organising company, ECI International said that this is a new wave in doemstic auto industry but in international markets it is a well established one such as Singapore, South Africa and UK.

This platform will welcome the tyre industry professionals which are looking forward to trading in overseas in a three day event which provides a highly professional environment for business. Farrant said that the event is aiming on trade only and focus on giving the business opportunity for visitors and exhibitors. It is happening at the right time as it will help in bridging the gap between the markets.

Farrant said that stats suggest accelerating growth with GDP moving in between 8 to 9 per cent. The tyre industry is contributing to the growth incredibly. As per the stats available, the total domestic tyre manufacturers is looking to leap by more than 10 per cent in financial values.

Rajiv Budhraja of the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association said that it is the reflection of the growth and development the tyre industry is growing with. The ECI International, a well known organizer has brought the tyre show in Chennai next year. The tyre industry is growing and it is likely to soon shoot up to double digits. It will offer a great platform for the national and international tyre producers ad suppliers to push their respective products in the overseas market.

Michelin and Bridgestone, the leading names have decided to establish local production unit. The TyrexpoIndia’11 will see names such as Elgi Rubber,Omni United,Steinbichler, Malhotra Rubbers, Unipatch,Rubberking, Indian OTR specialist BKT, and more. The event is scheduled to happen on 5th, 6th and 7th July 2011 at the Chennai Trade Centre.
