Bad choice of buying VW cars. Just incurred a 2million loss by buying a high end car. Their dealership service sucks

Extremely disappointed by buying a VW Polo comfortline from Tornado Motors. Beware of Salesman Jitesh Lulla who's an expert in making false commitments and misleading you. They need a lesson in handling customers sensitively. Delivered a car with scratches and each one out there is out to cheat. The rubber matting that was promised was that of a VW polo however, they passed on an ill-fitted local make at the time of delivery. I would require the email id of Dr. John Chacko. He should be aware of how the dealers conduct business.
