Dear Readers Its most pathetic attitude towards coustomers by the dealership & specially by its most ill trained staff(girls) at M/s WORLDCLASS AUTOMOBILES ( or read WORSTCLASS AUTOMOBILES---- ) Motinagar Delhi, who treat them like street beggers, if you go to them for Bkg / making any enquiries. They lack even basic etiquetes to how to talk to their coustomers & refuse to provide you any details about Delivery etc , even after you have booked a car with them on the pretext that person ( Executive )concerned is on leave as if he has carried ALL THE RECORD OF CO. WITH HIM TO HIS RESIDENCE I really fail to understand how WW is going to suceed/ carry with them their REPUTATION, if this is the ATTITUDE OF DELERSHIP ----? Booked VENTO ON 10TH OCT , no INFO STILL available on Delivery position ? Gulshan Lal-Delhi

Quality comes at a cost. You can't compare a 30 yr old Maruti with a new entrant. Also, it is true that they never expected that this market will opt in such a large nos. for their comparatiely expensive products. The truth is that today Indians appreciate quality and are willing to pay for it.

Dear Readers, Greetings ! ! Is it a case of high demand or LOW DELIVERY RATE ? ? My question is axiomatic is the glass half full or half empty ? I think VW came into India- ill prepared and ill- informed. They are shocked by their Own SUCCESS and thats hwere the stroy ends. I dont think they have the peole or processes to sustain it and will fizzle out ? Hope I am wrong for the sake of current VW onwers ? Best Wishes KJS Sandhu
