Beginning of this new year brought along with it great news of the future launches. Some carmakers implemented the price hike, while others are in the line. Sales report for the month of December as well as for the year 2015 surfaced this week. Maruti launched the automatic variant of Dzire. Reeling from the ban, Toyota said that it will be exploring all its options to counter the uncertainty in the future diesel car market. This might include coming up with petrol variants for Innova. Next-Gen Ford Endeavour to Launch on January 20th, 2016!.
Ford will be re-launching Endeavour in the country on January 20th, 2016. The previous Endy was discontinued last year. Earlier, the vehicle was reported to be launched a day before, that is, 19th January. The new 2016 Endeavour will compete with the current Fortuner, facelifted Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and new Chevrolet Trailblazer. It is expected to be priced slightly more than the previous model. Tata Zica Launch Update: To Be Launched Mid-February
Contradictory to previous rumors, Tata Zica will probably be launched sometime in mid-February instead of January 20th. According to a report by Autocar the initially speculated launch date has been pushed to next month. The report also adds that the car’s bookings might commence during the 2016 Indian Auto Expo, which will be held from 5th to 9th of February 2016. Maruti S-Cross Top-end Model Offered With Rs. 5.5 Lac Discount
Maruti Suzuki India’s premium crossover, S-Cross is being offered with massive discounts. The car is being sold out of Mumbai dealerships with discounts which range well over Rs. 5.5 lacs. Maruti S-Cross was the first car to ever be sold out of India’s largest automaker’s premium dealership, Nexa. Maruti pegged S-Cross against the likes of Hyundai Creta and the Indian automaker’s offering clearly didn’t fair well. As a result of which, in a bid to clear out the large inventory left over from the last year, Maruti Suzuki is offering these huge discounts on its premium crossover. Mahindra KUV100 Spied [Detailed Interior Images Inside]
The interiors of Mahindra’s upcoming KUV100 micro-SUV have been snapped. The car was spied by Autocar India and the pictures reveal clear details of the car’s interiors. The pictures show the layout of KUV100’s front console, which incorporates the gear-shifter that has been mounted on the dashboard. Also, the front seats of the car can be clearly seen, which finally confirms the fact that KUV100 will be offered as a 6 seater, courtesy of the car’s front bench seats.
