Sugar Coated Car, You Will Face Issues After 2yrs
After 1 year, engine malfunctioning, DPF assembly at fault. Pathetic service. (I am making visit after visit to fix the DPF issue, Kia itself not able to fix, they are only learning using my car) Worst exterior quality. My suggestion is NEVER BUY.

After Sale Support Is Worst
Kia doesn't have any escalation matrix mechanism? When you purchase a new car RSA will be provided by Kia itself but if you raise a request you don't get the service even after the weeks have passed Maruti is far better in terms of service support. But the car is overall good but support is the worst. Avoid Buying Kia vehicles.

The Kia Carens, in my opinion, has everything it takes to stand out in its class and price range. It was horrible driving during nighttime since the headlights are too deem. Hill climbing is very difficult on 2nd gear and must go on 1st gear only with more acceleration. A True 7 Seater SUV
