Over the years there have been quite a few car racing movies that have drawn audiences towards them, but if you ask anyone a certain series that they remember, we’re sure the most popular answer will be ‘Fast and Furious’. Yes, this movie series can be rightly credited for popularizing car racing movies, and converting many non-auto people into automotive enthusiasts. So much is the anticipation for a new movie of this series year after, that Fast and Furious is the only automotive movie in the world to have seven parts. Besides having a fabulous cast of good looking faces and bodies, the primary attraction of Fast and Furious besides the protagonist Vin Diesel aka Dominic Toretto, are the cars. These are the real show stoppers of the movie.

The series is known to feature exotic cars in the most brash manner that has viewers go ooooh and aaah, almost pulling them to the edge of their seats; and with the final installment of the movie, the exoticism of the cars has gone to an all new high. Fast and Furious 7 features some of the most expensive, rare and fast cars, all with an extra dash of Jason Statham. Here are some of the trail blazing hotties that you’ll get to see.

1. Bugatti Veyron 16.4

The fastest car in the world, the Bugatti Veryon is a sight to behold. Though the Veryon 16.4 is at the end of its production cycle, doesn’t mean it cannot star in a movie. The Veyron 16.4 features an 8.0 litre W16 engine with quad turbochargers and generates a power of 987 bhp with a torque of 1250Nm. It also hits a top speed of 408 kmph.   2. Ferrari 458 Italia

Ferrari 458 Italia

Successor to the Ferrari F430, the 458 Italia is one of the most beautiful Ferrari’s in production, thanks to the Pininfarina design house. Borrowing bits from Ferrari’s F1 technology, the 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 litre V8 engine that churns out 570PS of power and 540Nm of torque. This baby can hit a top speed of 325 kmph.

3. Dodge Viper SRT

The Dodge Viper SRT is a mean looking machine with equally good looking performance numbers. It has an 8.4 litre engine that produces 640 bhp of power with 813Nm of torque with a claimed top-speed of 330kmph.

4. Dodge Challenger

The Dodge challenger is actually the name given to three different generations of American automobiles produced by Dodge. The current generation of the Dodge challenger rivals the fifth generation of the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro. It is also called the SRT challenger and houses a 6.4 litre engine with 477PS of power and 640Nm of torque that pushes this muscle car ahead.

5. McLaren MP4-12c

The MP4-12c is one of the most technologically advanced machines produced from the house of McLaren. This particular car incorporates a lot of F1 technology such as brake-steer to reduce understeer. The MP4-12c is powered by 3.8 litre twin-turbo V8 engine that dishes out 600PS of power and 601Nm of torque which pulls the car to a top speed of 333kmph.

6. Lykan Hypersport

Lykan Hypersport

The Lykan is a relatively new name in the auto industry. Produced by W motors, it is the first supercar to be produced in the Middle-East and only seven Lykan Hypersport models will be produced. It is the third most expensive car to be made preceded only by the Lamborghini Veneno and the Maybach Exelero. Just to give you a better understanding it is a million dollars more expensive than the Bugatti Veyron Supersport. The hypersport is powered by a 3.7 litre twin turbo flat-six engine by Porsche which produces 751PS of power along with 960Nm of torque and hits a top speed of 385kmph. What justifies its expensive price tag? This car is the first ever to have diamonds in its headlights – the front lights are made up of titanium LED blades with 420 diamonds in them. As they say, the Arabs like everything over the top!
