The facelifted Kia Sonet is set to debut on December 14. But ahead of that, the carmaker has released a couple of teasers already. Kia has now put out another teaser, which gives us a quick look at the new SUV (shown in sketches as well).
What Can Be Observed?
In the teaser, we can notice the revised multi-reflector LED headlights and the longer fang-shaped LED DRLs. Up front, you can also see the redesigned grille housing the front camera and the tweaked bumper with the front parking sensors. It also showed the updated rear of the SUV which sports a new connected LED tail lamp setup.
Expected Cabin And Feature Updates
Although the latest teaser doesn’t show the interior of the 2024 Kia Sonet, previous spy shots and teasers have already hinted towards the possibility of it having a refreshed upholstery and climate control panel.
While its 10.25-inch touchscreen system was confirmed in the earlier teaser, the new Sonet is set to get the same 10.25-inch digital driver’s display as the Seltos and a 360-degree camera as well. It will continue to be offered with a sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging, and cruise control.
Its safety net will get the addition of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), more details of which are available in our ‘new Sonet’s ADAS features explained’ story. Other safety tech on board will include six airbags (as standard), electronic stability control (ESC), ISOFIX child seat mounts, and hill-hold assist.
