Base introduces three new automotive batteries in India

Leading battery manufacturer Base, today launched three new automobile batteries- Magik, BFX & Thunder. According to the company, the products are designed using the hybrid technology to handle harsh Indian weather and road conditions.
On the occasion of this launch, Mr. Girish Arora, MD & Founder, Base Batteries said, “Indian roads and weather conditions are known for giving tough challenge to automotive industry with constant need for improvement. We have designed these batteries using Lead- Calcium-Silver hybrid technology which is a result of 27 years of technological innovation in automotive industry. With these batteries powering vehicle, one will be able to tackle these challenges with ease and completely hassle free.”
Base uses a special grid alloy to maximize corrosion resistance. The enveloping separators are from France, which are designed to help eliminate shorting and corrosion. This has been achieved by the use of a special paste which increases the durability of the plate by reducing the aging rate of active material. Strong adhesion of active materials are some of the key features these products offer.
“These products are value for money offerings with hybrid technology that is reliable and has proven its toughness in all terrains, and are manufactured keeping in mind extreme Indian weather and road conditions,” stated company.
Also, all these batteries come with a special vibration proof element which keeps the battery on top. It will be available across the country through, company's 15000 dealer network and will be offered to OEM’s in the coming future.
