The mid-spec Citroen C3 Aircross Plus variant detailed here is finished in the Platinum Grey paint option
The Citroen C3 Aircross is the latest compact SUV to go on sale in India. While it has entered one of the most crowded SUV spaces, it does have its unique proposition as it can be had with both 5- and 7-seat versions (the third row is removable in the latter as well). The French marque is offering the C3 Aircross in three broad variants: You, Plus and Max. In this story, let’s check out the mid-spec Plus variant in five images which is finished in the Platinum Grey paint option:
How Does It Look On The Outside?
Up front, the C3 Aircross’s Plus variant gets a gloss-black finish for the grille and silver skid plate. It has split headlights and LED DRLs from the base variant onward, but misses out on front fog lamps.

In profile, the Plus variant gets body-coloured door handles and black ORVM housings. While the model pictured here is lacking wheel caps, Citroen does offer the C3 Aircross’s Plus variant with them for all four 17-inch wheels.
Its rear features a black element connecting the wraparound taillights. Other highlights at the back include Citroen’s chevron logo, the ‘C3 Aircross’ badge and a silver skid plate.

Cabin Highlights
The C3 Aircross’s Plus variant has a black and grey cabin theme with a bronze insert on the dashboard. There’s also a splash of silver finish inside the cabin including around the gear lever, and on the door handles and steering wheel. In terms of features, the mid-spec Plus variant of the SUV gets a 10.2-inch touchscreen unit, digital instrument cluster, manual AC, steering-mounted audio and calling controls, and a 4-speaker music system.
This variant allows for a 7-seat layout in the C3 Aircross with removable third-row seats. The 7-seater version includes rear roof-mounted AC vents, a third-row bottle holder, a boot lamp, and two fast charging ports in the third row. The second-row seats have a 1-touch tumble feature and a reclining backrest, while all passengers in the 7-seater model have adjustable headrests.
A Petrol-only Offering
The Citroen C3 Aircross uses a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (110PS/190Nm), paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. It offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 18.5kmpl. There is no other powertrain option yet, but an automatic transmission option is due to be launched at a later date.
