There are around 800 accountants in the FBS center in Chennai who look after the accounting work for Ford Company globally. The center also operates on events which includes computer simulation methods for designing various types of Ford products. The FBS center in Chennai is the second business center of Ford Company which  employs near about 5000 employees. Ford Company also has another manufacturing unit at Maraimalai Nagar close to Chennai.
