Ford expands genuine parts retail distribution to Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Ford India has appointed JP Auto Zone as an exclusive distributor of its genuine service parts in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Catering to retailers and independent repair shops across the region, this is Ford’s 8th exclusive service parts distributor in India. It is located at 15-4-238/239, AP House, Gowliguda Chaman in Hyderabad.  

“Besides ramping up our sales and service network, Ford is focused on ensuring easy availability of Ford Genuine Spare parts across the country, which will guarantee continued quality, safety and convenience to our consumers,” said N Prabhu, vice president, Ford Customer service operations, Ford India. “We are transforming the Ford brand in India and ensuring that our customers continue to enjoy unmatched experience throughout the ownership cycle of their Ford car,” he further stated. 

Ford plans to expand its retail distribution of the genuine service parts to West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab in the next phase. Currently, the carmaker has a distribution presence in all major hubs, namely Delhi in North, Mumbai in West, Chennai in South and Kolkata in East. 

Over-the-counter availability of Ford's genuine parts comes as an addition to the company's existing customer focused initiatives, such as parts at sub-assembly levels for repairs, pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and the Happy Pocket Service, which ensures low cost of ownership as well as offers service from just INR 2,199.
