Ford to organize a free Driving program for Cardekho readers

Ford India is organizing a Driving Skills for Life session on the 18th Feb, 2012 exclusively for Cardekho readers between 11.30-2.30 pm in Gurgaon. Driving Skills for Life is a regional corporate social responsibility and road safety awareness program by Ford Motor Company that encourages old and new drivers to use effective driving tips and techniques leading to safe, economic and eco- friendly driving. With its strong commitment to help create safer roads for drivers, Ford India introduced the program to its employees in 2009 and has trained over 600 employees and related drivers as well as select groups of other audiences such as Delhi and Chennai Traffic Police, MCRT Round Table and customers, totaling to more than 3000 Participants. 

 Ford trainers have been a part of an intensive training conducted by global experts who have pioneered this program for Ford Motor Company in many countries. A free training program that mixes classroom learning with practical hands-on sessions, Driving Skills for Life is designed based on the core tenet of making roads safer by helping educate new and older drivers on the various aspects of safe driving. The program also focuses on shining a light on how to maximize the driving experience through economic and eco-friendly driving. The session consists of a highly interactive theory session and practical hands on training session for the participants to refresh their knowledge of responsible driving.

Ltd. 3rd Floor, Building 10 C, DLF Cyber City DLF Phase II in Gurgaon. Theory Session will be followed by free lunch for participants and in the end the practical session will be conducted by Ford.
