The Hyundai Creta N Line will be launched on March 11, and is expected to be priced from Rs 18.50 lakh (ex-showroom)
Update (11/03/24): The Hyundai Creta N Line has been launched, starting from Rs 16.82 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan India).
The Hyundai Creta N Line is all set to enter the market on March 11 as a sportier version of the facelifted Creta, which was launched earlier this year. Hyundai is already accepting bookings for the sportier SUV for Rs 25,000 and has revealed it in full as well. Here’s what to expect from the SUV:
What’s Different On The Outside?
Hyundai has given the Creta N Line a different grille with the ‘N Line’ logo and a new front bumper design with red inserts to set it apart from the regular Creta. From the sides, you can notice the bigger 18-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers while the side skirtings have red inserts. A tweaked bumper with red inserts for the skid plate and a dual-tip exhaust are the major changes at the backside of the SUV. As it’s the sportier Creta, it gets the ‘N Line’ emblems on the front, side and rear profiles.
Interior Changes Detailed
On the inside, the Creta N Line will come with an all-black cabin theme, with red highlights on the dashboard and contrast red stitching for the new N Line-specific upholstery. Hyundai will also be offering the Creta N Line with the N Line-specific steering wheel and gear shifter, along with metal finish for the accelerator and brake pedals. Lastly, the amber-coloured ambient lighting in the standard model has been replaced with red to gel better with the sporty theme.

Creta N Line Features
As the Creta N Line will likely be based on the higher variants of the standard Creta, it is expected to get the regular model’s 10.25-inch touchscreen, dual-zone AC, a 10.25-inch all-digital instrument cluster, wireless phone charging, panoramic sunroof and ventilated front seats. Occupant safety will be taken care of by six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and multiple advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
To Get Standard Creta’s Turbo Powertrain
The Hyundai Creta N Line will get the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160 PS/ 253 Nm) as the standard Creta, but with both 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission) options. In the standard car, you only get the latter with no option for a manual gearbox.
Hyundai is expected to offer it with a slightly different suspension setup and quicker steering rack system for improved handling to denote its sportier character. A dual-tip exhaust setup might also be on offer.
How Much Will It Cost?
We expect the Hyundai Creta N Line to have a starting price of Rs 18.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It will take on the Kia Seltos GTX+ and X-Line as well as higher-spec variants of the Volkswagen Taigun GT Line, Skoda Kushaq, and MG Astor.
