Tata Motors has displayed the Tata Manza Nova concept and the Manza hybrid concept at the 2012 Auto Expo. By the looks of it, Tata Motors could use either of the concepts for the new Tata Manza edition in this year, though the market experts seem to betting high on the Nova concept than on the hybrid version, which is no less by any means, fraught with some extraordinary features this time. As a part of the new Tata Indigo Manza concept, an all new Spanish tan color and the alloy wheels are all we can see no matter how closely we look at it.
The big chunk of the cake however is inside the car. The plum color in the interiors is retained from the present Tata Manza, though the combination is exchanged for black interiors in place of the beige in the current model. The gearbox gets chrome finish apart from a better sound quality in the new 2 DIN audio system. The proximity sensors, parking lever and rear camera are a new addition on the safety front, while the auto dimming Inside Rear View Mirror (IRVM) for the driver's aid is an all new addition now offered with an anti-glaze system for avoiding the piercing light from other vehicles disturbing the driver.
Comfort levels are never compromised on the Tata Manza Nova concept clearly evident from the new Heater Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (HVAC), which only the one checked out the Nova concept would know. Nevertheless, the new features does not seem to be intended for all the Tata Manza variants, which is quite obviously more fit as a top-end variant either to replace the Tata Manza Elan or to sit above it. So, get ready for a new Tata Manza this year which is set to deliver the owner with the satisfaction like that of the cat licking its lips after it has drunk the milk surreptitiously.
